At PerfumeSyndicateBD, we are committed to providing authentic fragrances and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

## 📦 Delivery Inspection Policy

Customers are requested to inspect their parcel immediately upon receiving it.

If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, leaking product, defective item, or if any item is missing from your order, you must notify us within *48 hours* of delivery.

Clear photos and/or videos may be required for verification. An unboxing video may also be requested when necessary.

Claims submitted after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for review.

## ✅ Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

* Wrong product delivered
* Product arrived damaged
* Manufacturing defect found upon arrival
* Missing item from the order

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

## ❌ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, authenticity, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

* Opened or used perfumes
* Products with broken manufacturer seals
* Change of mind purchases
* Products damaged after delivery
* Discounted, promotional, sale, or clearance items (unless defective)
* Perfume decants

### 🌿 Fragrance Preference Disclaimer

Fragrance is highly subjective and personal.

Claims such as “I don’t like the smell,” “It wasn’t what I expected,” or “I expected it to be stronger” are not valid reasons for a return, refund, or exchange.

## 🧴 Perfume Decant Policy

All perfume decants sold by PerfumeSyndicateBD are prepared from 100% authentic original bottles.

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, perfume decants are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Once delivered, decants cannot be returned to the original bottle or resold. Therefore, all decant purchases are considered final sales.

Minor fill-level variations (up to ±0.5ml) may occur due to filling methods and bottle design and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

## 💧 Leakage Policy

In the rare event of leakage during transit, customers must provide a complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the parcel is opened.

Claims without sufficient proof may not be approved.

## 🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only in the following cases:

* Wrong item delivered
* Damaged item received
* Manufacturing defects

Subject to product availability, replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.

## 💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
* Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or other available mobile financial services.

## 🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product, or missing item), PerfumeSyndicateBD will cover the return shipping costs.

## ❌ Order Cancellation Policy

At PerfumeSyndicateBD, order preparation, decanting, packaging, and processing begin immediately after an order is confirmed.

Therefore, *once an order has been confirmed, cancellation, modification, or refund requests will not be accepted.*

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review the product name, size, quantity, price, and delivery information before placing an order.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Fragrance longevity, projection, and overall performance may vary depending on skin chemistry, weather conditions, storage methods, and usage environment.

Differences in fragrance performance are not considered product defects and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
